Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for ARTic Studio: If you need to cancel your class, you may do so up to 48 hours from the class date. All cancellations are subject to a $5 processing fee. No refund will be given if you cancel or request a reschedule less than 48 hours before the workshop begins. • We reserve the right to cancel events if the minimum enrollment is not reached. • We reserve the right to cancel onetime events due to inclement weather or mandated closures. • No refunds or credits will be given prior to start of / or for missed one day Events. This includes absences due to unexpected events or personal circumstances such as illness. No exceptions will be made. Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we are a small business. • You may Gift your spot to a family member or friend with prior studio approval. • When your registration is confirmed, this constitutes an agreement to policies. SAFETY NON-COMPLIANCE Instructors reserve the right to remove you from the studio for failing to comply with safety requirements. Class registration will not be refunded in the event of dismissal for failing to follow safety rules. Studio Release Policy By becoming student or parent of a student of ARTic Studio you do hereby give your consent, assign, license, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use your name, photographs of you and your work in all forms and media and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, that may be created in connection therewith.
